BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 oz. cheese (can be garlic, cheddar, etc.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb flavored stuffing

Cook broccoli according to package. Melt cheese, add soup, add broccoli. Mix in 1/2 cup to all crumbs. Pour into casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 10 minutes.

NOTE: Different cheeses will change the taste drastically.
