PIZZA IN A TUNNEL 
Corn meal
3 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. mushrooms sliced
3 1/2 oz. pepperoni
14 oz. jar pizza sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)

Grease and lightly dust a 10-inch fluted pan with corn meal. For crust, in a large mixer bowl combine Bisquick, milk, eggs and butter. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Beat on high speed for 1 minute. With the back of a spoon spread 2/3 of the dough on the bottom and up the sides within 1 1/2 inch of the top; reserve remaining dough.

Layer remaining ingredients. Spread reserved dough over top of cheese layer. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn out onto ovenproof serving plate. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
