CARAMEL-APPLE STREUSEL 
3 to 4 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Arrange apple slices in a 2 quart microwave safe dish or casserole. Stir together ice cream topping, water and lemon juice. Pour over apples.

In a small mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture. Cover with waxed paper and cook in the microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes until apples are tender. Recipe can be doubled or tripled easily.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
