APPLES - CARAMEL STREUSEL 
2 med. apples, peeled, cored, and sliced OR 1/2 of a 20 oz. can of sliced apples, drained
1/4 c. caramel, (ice cream) topping
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Arrange apple slices in a microwave-safe dish. Stir together ice cream topping, water, and lemon juice. Carefully pour mixture over apples; wipe away any sauce that drips on the side of the dish with a damp paper towel. In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture. Cook uncovered at 100% power (high) for 5 to 7 minutes or until apples are tender. (If using canned apples, cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
