ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. flour
#2 can tomatoes
6 med. zucchini
1/2 green pepper, choppedbay leaf
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and stir in flour and other ingredients except zucchini and cheese. Cook slowly for 8 minutes. Slice zucchini in rounds and lay evenly in low buttered baking dish.

Sprinkle half of grated cheese over zucchini. Pour meat sauce over all. Top with rest of cheese. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. (If someone you know dislikes zucchini, try this; they will love it.)
