BROILED HASH REUBENS 
1 (15 oz.) can Mary Kitchen corned beef hash
4 slices dark rye bread, buttered
2 c. sauerkraut, well drained
4 slices Swiss cheese

Spread hash on bread slices; top with cheese slices, then sauerkraut. Broil about 5 inches from heat until cheese melts and has is heated through. 4 servings.
