HOT HAMBURGER DIP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn chips

Saute ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts. Spoon into a chafing dish and keep warm. Serve with corn chips.
