GERMAN CHOCOLATE ICING 
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1 1/2 c. nuts

Melt butter; add sugar. Add a little milk to egg yolks and beat well. Add remaining milk and combine ingredients. Cook on medium flame until thick, about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. When thickened, add coconut and nuts. Let sit until cool.
