CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) box quick cornbread mix
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, fried and crumbled
2 med. tomatoes, chopped

Cook cornbread according to package directions. Crumble in bottom of 9x13 dish. Layer other ingredients as listed.

TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix ingredients together and pour over top of cornbread mixture.
