SPICED NUTS 
1 lb. pecan nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. water

Mix together cinnamon and sugar, set aside. Beat together egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans to egg mixture, coat with spice mixture and lay out on 10 x 15 pan. Stir every 15 minutes until dry for one hour in a 225 degree oven.
