1 tbsp. egg white
2 c. walnuts
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix nuts and egg whites until sticky. Mix sugar and spices. Sprinkle on nuts until coated. Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
