CHEESE BALL #1 
2 (16 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. Creamy Italian dressing
1 pkg. thin sliced ham or beef, finely chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Let cream cheese warm to room temperature. Mix cream cheese, ham, and dressing thoroughly. Roll into ball, then roll the ball in pecans until evenly covered. Let chill.
