SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
Season with some garlic powder & Italian seasoning

Knead mixture until a damp ball forms with no more dry ingredients shown. This kneading is what takes the longest time in this recipe. Roll into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
