1/4 lb. bacon, brown, drain & crumble, then set aside 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tsp. butter 1 clove garlic 2 c. Julian ham 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles, cooked 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives 2 eggs, beaten Pour off bacon fat, add butter, oil, garlic and ham. Saute lightly, add cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper. Toss well. Add beaten eggs just before serving and toss well. Sprinkle with parsley and olives; toss again. Serves a family of 4. |
