7 - UP CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant pudding mix (pineapple, lemon or vanilla)
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
10 oz. 7-Up

Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured cake tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

FROSTING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple & juice
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 stick butter

Mix ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Cool to lukewarm. Add 1 can coconut and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Spread on cake.
