BLUEBERRY JAM 
4 c. fresh blueberries (or frozen)
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin

In large saucepan slightly crush berries. (Of if frozen a food chopper works very well.) Add sugar and gelatin. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into clean jelly glasses. Makes 3 half pints. Per Tablespoon: Calories 45.4; Carbohydrates 11.5 grams; Cholesterol 0; Fat.08 grams; Sodium 7.2 milligrams.
