EAT'N CHILI | |
2 lb. chili meat (not hamburger!) 1 pkg. chili-blend (mild, med, hot) 2 heaping tbsp. diced green chilies 4 c. water Brown chili meat in skillet; stir fry. Bring water and meat to fast boil. Add chili-blend and green chilies, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes in sizeable saucepan. Serve with crackers or cheese toast. |
