EASY RASPBERRY CHEESE MOLD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 c. boiling water
6 oz. pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. lemon juice
Salad greens

Drain berries, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl. Stir to dissolve. Add raspberry juice. Refrigerate until slightly firm (1 hour). In electric beater blend cottage cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice till smooth. Beat in chilled gelatin mix. Fold in berries. Pour into 1 quart mold. Refrigerate till firm.
