FROG EYE SALAD 
1 box little round O-macaroni
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can drained crushed pineapple
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits or chunked
2 lg. cans mandarin oranges
1 sm. pkg. mini marshmallows
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Mix sugar with pineapple juice, eggs, and salt. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cool slightly and mix with macaroni. Refrigerate overnight. Next day, add all the fruits and marshmallows and Cool Whip. Toss well. Serve cold. Serves 15-20.
