CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 lb. beef cut in small pieces
1 1/2 lb. pork cut in small pieces
3 to 4 onions, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 bunch celery, cut up
1 can bean sprouts
Salt
Soy sauce

Brown meat in butter. Add onions and brown. Add soup and simmer with meat and onions. Cook celery and bean sprouts until done. Add to meat mixture. Add salt and soy sauce to taste. Thicken with corn starch and serve with cooked rice and chow mein noodles.
