CHICKEN AND GRAPES - TANGY COMBO 
3 lb. fryer chicken pieces
3 tbsp. each prepared mustard, soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 c. seedless grapes or white raisins

Arrange chicken skin side down in large shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain excess fat (save). Combine mustard, soy sauce, honey and garlic powder. Brush chicken with mixture. Turn chicken skin side up and brush with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned. Baste once during baking. Add grapes/raisins to chicken. Bake 5-10 minutes until grapes are heated. Serve with pan juices over rice.

Gravy: Make sauce with juices and some of fat saved. Serve over rice.

Or can mash up 1 papaya in mustard sauce and brush chicken before sprinkling with sesame seeds. Extra good!
