1 1/2 c. Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. (1 stick) reg. butter, melted
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/3 c. (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
1 can Borden's CONDENSED milk

Mix crumbs and melted butter in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. With back of spoon press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of pan. Sprinkle walnuts over crust, scatter chocolate, then coconut. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into bars after cooling.
