SHRIMP BUTTER 
1/4 lb. (1 can) sm. cleaned shrimp, drained (make sure can says cleaned)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced raw onion
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 lb. butter
8 oz. cream cheese

Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Blend well with all other ingredients. Chill and serve with crackers.
