SHRIMP IN GARLIC BUTTER
(MICROWAVE)
 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 lb. med. shrimp, shelled & deveined

Place butter in small bowl. Microwave at high 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter melts. Stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. Set aside. Place shrimp in 9" round baking dish. Pour butter mixture over shrimp. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave at 70% (medium high) for 5 to 8 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, stirring twice. Let stand covered for 2 minutes. 6 to 8 servings

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
