CHERRY VANILLA CHEESE PIE | |
1 (9" or 10") baked pastry shells 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk) 3/4 c. cold water 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla flavoring pudding mix 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. On low speed, beat in water and pudding mix until smooth. On low speed, beat in water and pudding mix until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread half the pudding mixture into prepared pastry shell; top with half the cherry pie filling. Repeat. Chill 2 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers. |
