FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 can fruit cocktail

Mix together and pour into 9 x 9-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

Bake for 55 minutes at 350°F. Serve cold with whipped cream.
