FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 can fruit cocktail
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 5 ingredients together and pour in greased pan. Bake at 300 degrees until done, about 45 minutes. Top while hot with topping. Topping, boil 2 minutes butter, milk, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, coconut and nuts.
