FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Mix these together.

2 eggs
1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail
1/4 tsp. salt

Add these to the above mixture. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. can milk
