FRUIT PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 med. size can of fruit cocktail and juice

Mix all together. Pour in a shallow cake pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed nuts

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
