KING CABBAGE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. hot water
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
3/4 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. cooked beets, chopped
1 tsp. grated onion

Lemon gelatin in 2 cups of hot water. Add to mixture of cream cheese, horseradish, cabbage, beets and onion. Stir to mix. Place in refrigerator (I use an ice cube tray), until well set.
