OYSTER OR CLAM PIE 
1 pt. hot milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 beaten eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1 qt. clams or oysters and juice
1 lg. onion, chopped

In baking dish, stir eggs, milk, butter, crackers and liquid from clams or oysters. Then add onion, clams or oysters. Set in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. If using cooked clams or oysters, reduce baking time to 1 hour.
