LEMON BUTTERED NEW POTATOES 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. salt, if desired
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8-12 sm. new potatoes, cooked and hot

In small saucepan, melt butter; add remaining ingredients except potatoes. Heat thoroughly. Place hot potatoes in serving dish; pour butter mixture over potatoes.

TIP: For change-of-pace appearance, remove narrow strip of peel around center of potatoes before cooking.
