LEMON-BUTTER BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

Cream together in 8x8 pan. Bake near center of oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour filling over partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
