2 c. beets, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3/4 tsp. caraway seed (optional)

Place all in saucepan. Heat through, but do not boil. Delicious served with beef, chicken or pork.
