LUCY'S LEMON BUTTER 
3 lemons, squeezed
Grated rinds of 2 lemons
Butter, size of walnut
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. hot water

Add all together and bring to a boil. Remove from stove and add 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with cold water to thicken. Return to stove and boil again until thickened.
