AUNT GWYNETH'S SQUASH CHOCOLATE
CHIP CAKE
 
2 c. sugar scant
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (14-16 oz.) can squash or pumpkin
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Mix eggs, oil, squash and vanilla. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to batter. Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Lightly flour (toss in 1 tablespoon flour) remaining chocolate chips and sprinkle evenly on top. Bake until done, approximately 1 hour, at 350 degrees.
