1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained, but not cooked
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients except Jiffy mix, add it last. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch Pyrex baking dish. Bake 20-35 minutes at 400 degrees until brown. Serves 12.
