MARSHMALLOW MOUSSE 
1 strawberry Jello
1/4 pt. boiling water
14 oz. can evaporated milk (well chilled)
4 oz. soft cream cheese
4 oz. cut marshmallows (reserve 6 for decoration)
4 oz. strawberries

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and leave until cold but not set. Whisk milk and cheese until thick, then whisk in Jello. Fold in marshmallows and strawberries. Chill until set and decorate with marshmallows.
