PEPPERONI BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 2/3 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
9-10 c. flour
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water. In large bowl, mix rest of ingredients (except cheeses and pepperoni). Like bread dough, let rise 1 time. Punch down. Divide in two and roll out 18-19 inch rectangle. Sprinkle with pepperoni and cheeses. Roll up from short side like jelly roll and place in greased pan, seam side down. Brush with oil and let rise until double. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
