CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
2 boned and skinned chicken breasts
3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tsp. celery seed
Pepper to taste
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen plain noodles
1 c. tiny green frozen peas

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Saute in 1 teaspoon butter with onions, celery, mushrooms. Add celery seed and pepper. Bring water to boil and add bouillon cubes. To make broth, add 1 cup broth and peas to chicken mixture. Simmer until broth is almost gone. Cook noodles in remaining broth for 5 minutes. Serve chicken mixture over noodles
