LYNN'S BAKED MANICOTTI 
2 boxes manicotti shells
Spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Dry parsley
1 lg. tub large curd cottage cheese
Parmesan cheese, in shaker
1 egg

Mix 1/2 of the Mozzarella and Parmesan and all of the cottage cheese together with 1 egg. Use butter knife to fill uncooked manicotti shells with cheese mixture. Pour the spaghetti sauce over. Cover with remaining Mozzarella cheese and shake the rest of the Parmesan cheese over the top. Add 2 cups of water. Bake until water is absorbed into the shells and they are soft in a covered pan at 350 degrees.
