PISTACHIO FRUIT SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (in light syrup)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

Drain oranges and peaches thoroughly. Place oranges, peaches, and pineapples in large bowl. Mix with wooden spoon. Sprinkle pudding mix over fruits; stir gently until spudding mix is moistened. Chill until ready to serve.
