1 sm. whip cream
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. container whip topping
1/2 c. nuts, if desired

Mix together liquid whip cream and pudding mix. Add pineapple, then Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top. Garnish with cherries. Great for dessert too!
