CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Combine above ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend to moisten. Then beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour about 3/4 of the batter into a well greased and floured bundt pan or 10" tube pan. Add 3/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup to remaining batter; mix well. Pour over batter in pan. Bake at 3540 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
