PEACH CRISP 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, softened

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange peaches in greased square 8x8-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over peaches. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream, yogurt, or whipped cream.
