BIG SKILLET CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
3 green onions (tops and bottoms)
1 sm. bell pepper

Saute in butter, until all water is gone

3 heaping tbsp. flour

Stir in but do not brown

8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream

Mix well, until cheese melts.

3 c. corn (drain 2)

Pour into other ingredients and mix well. Then put in casserole dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Season to taste.
