1 pkg. Briscole meat Bacon strips, uncooked, cut in half Salt, pepper & paprika Onions, sliced thin & in half Toothpicks Flour & water paste Gravy Master Pound meat very thin and cut in strips. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on all strips. Put on bacon and onion. Roll up meat and stick with toothpick to hold together. Put in large pot and brown meat. Cover with water and cook for 1 1/2 hours with lid on. Take out meat and make flour and water paste. Stir this in pot and add Gravy Master. Put meat back in pot, cook for 15 minutes and serve. |
