CHICKEN MOLD 
6 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
4 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
4 tbsp. vinegar
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. diced celery
4 tbsp. diced pimento
2 c. diced cooked chicken

Slightly thicken Jello mixture and add rest of the ingredients. Mold. Serves 12.
