CHEESY SPINACH BAKE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach OR
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well; press out excess moisture. Place in a large mixing bowl; add sour cream, soup mix, and cheese. Mix well and transfer to a shallow 2-quart casserole.

Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 (1/2- cup) servings.
