CHEESY SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
3 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Spread half of spaghetti sauce and ground beef in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix beaten eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, onions and cheddar cheese together. Spread over spaghetti layer. Top with remaining sauce, then Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
